2012 First Place - Stamped Concrete

Robinson Nature Center. Large scale, integral colored stamped exterior concrete patio and walkways with intricate circular saw cut patterns. The Robinson Nature Center is a nature education facility in Howard County, Maryland.


2012 First Place - Countertop

Two Rivers Steakhouse. Large cast-in-place custom acid-stained bartop countertop. Two Rivers Steakhouse is a steak and fish restaurant and bar located in Pasadena, Maryland.


2012 Second Place - Multiple Applications

Two Rivers Steakhouse. New restaurant project included large cast-in-place acid-stained bartop, acid-stained overlay floors in public areas and decorative quartz broadcast floor in kitchen. Two Rivers Steakhouse is a steak and fish restaurant and bar located in Pasadena, Maryland.


2011 First Place - Stained Concrete

The Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery is an interior fit-out within existing retail space at the White Marsh Town Center north of Baltimore, Maryland. The project consisted of placing a self-leveling overlay over an extremely damaged floor, then staining and sealing within a constricted timeline to allow the restaurant to be ready for opening day.



2010 Greensite project of the year

The Randall-Bordel house is an 18th century Historic Home located on a 1.25 acre lot in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Hyde Concrete was quickly referred for their technical expertise in both pervious and decorative concrete. After surveying the job, Hyde Concrete made several design and project recommendations to streamline the work and incorporate some architectural elements to satisfy the permitting authorities.



2010 First Place - Stamped Concrete

The Srour project consisted of a 20,000-square-foot concrete fire lane for the upscale apartment complex in Rockville, Md. The job required placing both regular concrete and 12,000 square feet of decorative stamped concrete, all to be completed within a tight 36-day construction schedule. The project also required placing a decorative stamped concrete walkway encircling a water feature in the interior courtyard of the complex.



2010 second Place - polished Concrete

The Wallace Project consisted of installing a decorative, multicolored, polished overlay for Wallace Presbyterian Church in College Park, Md. The 4,000-square-foot project was complicated by a seven-sided floor plan and the need to create a unifying centerpiece.

Awarded by the American Society of Concrete Professionals for zero lost work days due to injury.



2009 chapter Safety Award

Awarded by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. for superior safety efforts.
