Hand Troweled Micro-topping
A high-end residential builder we have worked with in the past contacted us about an exceptional wooden framed waterfront residence. After multiple reviews of the design with the client, architect, and builder, a plan was developed to install a hand troweled micro-topping in order to achieve the final look the designer desired.
The overlay had a base of gray layered with multiple coats, each with subtle color changes. The final color ties in with a variety of finishes found across the home. Once all the micro-toppings were complete, we sealed everything with a clear sealer.
Our crews worked tirelessly to achieve a desired look that satisfied all parties. Photos were taken months after the install; the finish retains the same look and texture as the day they were installed!
