TechSpace Arlington: Award-Winning Commercial Flooring

This 20,000 square foot installation for TechSpace Arlington highlights our commitment to sustainable, high-design flooring. Recognized internationally for excellence, this project serves as a premier example of our LEED-friendly commercial finishes provided throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The coworking facility in downtown features over 50 private offices, 200 workstations, conference rooms, kitchen, and lounge areas.

Polished concrete was chosen for its durability and eco-friendly concrete properties in the common corridors. To complement the collaborative workspace design, five colored stained lines were incorporated into the floor. These decorative lines originate in the elevator lobby and weave throughout the corridors, creating visual connections between spaces.

This project earned First Place from the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) International Decorative Concrete Council Awards for Polished Concrete Over 5,000 sf. The sustainable design winner from 2018 is one of our award-winning decorative concrete solutions throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Delaware.
