TechSpace located in downtown Arlington, Virginia offers 20,000sf of Coworking Space, which includes over 50 private office spaces, 200 workstations, multiple conference rooms, a full kitchen and lounge. The durable and LEED friendly finish chosen for the common areas and corridors was polished concrete. To add another layer of dimension to the polished concrete flooring, and to enhance the overall collaborative theme of the office space, stained lines were included in the finish. The five different colored lines originate in the main elevator lobby and weave through the corridors, connecting all the spaces.
